The Academy of Professional Studies in association with London Universal College (LUC), in London, originated as the Hotel & Travel Training College in 1967, servicing the booming tourist industry of that swinging decade. Many of the College's current courses reflect these innovations. Over thirty years the college has offered a range of professional and vocational courses to thousands of students around the world.

APS offers a comprehensive range of vocational and training courses throughout the year, which include, HNC, HND, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Studies, Computer Training, Certificate and Diploma in Computer Studies, Degree in Law (LLB), Master of Laws LLM, Public Health, Hospital Management and Counselling.
