Postgraduate (Masters Degree - MBA) Programmes

The international MBA is designed for the person with an accredited BA or BSc degree in any discipline, who wishes o acquire practical skills and theoretical knowledge that are essential to becoming a more effective international business leader.

The international business programmes offer structured courses that analyse key issues in international businesses. These programmes are ideal if you are interested in a career in international business, hospitality management, government or other public organisations where an understanding of various aspects of international business and strategic business. They also provide an excellent foundation if you are interested in pursuing a research career or a PhD.

During the first part of the programme, the student is provided with the essential technical competencies and business voluntary necessary to succeed in the global business world.

The second half of the programme develops from this foundation stage into advance strategic management study that introduces the essential elements of change management and global business challenges. The programme culminates in an opportunity for intensive team and corporate experience that force on team based decision making and problem solving using extensive case study, methodology and lectures from business leaders with extensive practical experience.

This programme is designed to recognise the larger cohort of aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs in the business world without accredited undergraduate or graduate degrees in business, who need the skills and formal exposure in order to meet the rapidly changing dynamics of global business.

Requirement for the Master of International Business:
All students must complete a minimum of 36 credits in order to receive a master of International Business.

Graduate Status:
The student must maintain an average grade score above 'C' in order for the mark to be counted towards the graduation requirements. Any grade below this must be re-taken. Graduate students are expected to complete the programme within 3 years after enrolling on the course.
